We book this Hotel because of the nice Reviews. The Hotel view was fantastic. Breakfast is good. The staff were nice but the only thing we regret is the Service for towels. The first night i have to asked for towels. there was nothing in the bathroom. The second day, they have clean the room, but again there were no towels. We arrived in the evening, but they still did not have time to fill in new towels. We have to call again and complain, first they did bring the shower towels then you have to call again and ask for Hand towels. What a bad Service. They only told me that the towels are in laundry. But it is not my problem, they have to stock and buy more towels.

Good hotel if looking for a great service coming from the staff in terms of the use of the restaurants, the pool and the bar. However, the rooms badly need repair and monitoring. The sheets are somewhat not cleaned and so is the bathroom. It is a nice hotel but the accommodation, really, is kinda frustrating.

It was indeed a nice stay. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool, and foods were delicious. Definitely will come back here.

Moldy, wet, overbooked, bad food, with the exception of one— pretty nice staff, but the hotel itself can’t make up. Will not be going back. Left to stay at the Marison.

We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is well recommended. No corkage for take-out food! But the beers were expensive at Php 170 per bottle tsk.

Such a waste of premier location— the view of Mayon and the city is beautiful. Unfortunately, hotel management does not maintain the facilities. They cannot even clean the water marks and dirt on the glass windows and railings, as well as the grime on the bathroom tiles— things that a good hotel does on a regular basis. They should first focus on upgrading the rooms instead of the lobby.

The hotel was ok. Bathroom need to be remodeled n toilet seat cover fix n clean better.

There's a leak in the bathroom sink which causes mold due to constant moisture. Was transferred right away due to my asthma condition. Still there's leak in the other room but mold is just starting to form. They need to fix & maintain that condition, otherwise, the stay was good.

I like the mountain view from our room and pool bar.. the nightly fire dance and pool bar..but there was an issue I feel wasnt takin care of in a timely manner and properly handle such as the dirty water issue brown dirt was coming out of the shower I was told to let the water run till it clear up after 2hr the water still dirty the explanation was the water system is deep well meaning they have a bad flirtation system 2nd issue is there was live worm on our raw tomato which the supposed team captain saw and acknowledged again the explanation was the supplier only till late afternoon when I was moved to another room there was no management team reach out to me about the issue 3rd breakfast buffet staff need more training they don’t clean the table right away they wait to long even after customers already left
