It was terrible. It shouldn’t have been open for guests. There was no air con in the room and we weren’t informed about this until check in. The room was stifling. Then the tvs were not working. I was offered a refund which was useless. No management in service and all staff were junior and left to deal with these complaints which they were not empowered to do. We should have been moved to a different hotel. Absolutely awful experience

Air con didnt work. There was a smell in the bathroom and the light in my bathroom didnt work

On arrival at the hotel, the front door was out of use, then were informed that the air conditioning was out of order, not a great start, on a very warm day. Check in was quick and the room was spacious, clean with good views and a good central location to all areas on the City Centre. Reception arranged, on request, for a fan to be provided to help with the room temperature. Couldn’t get the WiFi to connect and at least half the TV channels had no signal. On a more positive note, the breakfast and experience was superb in the restaurant on the top floor, well worth it. However, would consider returning with some improvements.
