Great location great views

No parking… was told upon arrival that there was no working air con during this heatwave so was very hot and uncomfortable, was only one towel for 2 people and was woken at 7am to a staff member letting herself into our room which was very scary and upsetting

Air con not working, room wasn’t made up when given keys, dirty towels in bathroom, bed no made up, toilet dirty

The food was incredible.

The service was awful.Staff were polite but the tv or air conditioning did not work. My daughter was told that there was no maintenance to look at it. The check on desk was not manned so we had to wait 15 minutes to check in and no final paperwork was printed when we checked out-

The views are amazing - sitting out on the balcony looking over Birmingham was very special.

The air conditioning was not working and it was during the heat wave so the rooms were a bit too warm especially the smaller one without the balcony. Could have been cleaner, there was a pair of socks on a wardrobe and some sweet wrappers

Convenient location and reasonably priced.

I believed that breakfast included. It wasn’t!
