The Cube Hotel Birmingham

I am so at a lost how this hotel was given 4 stars, as I believed it should be reviewed and downgraded. Arrived front door broken, come in by side/back door, No welcome, as no one was on reception. Informed they do not do breakfast on a Monday or Tuesdays, other days are ok. No parking available , which made checking in so much harder with my mobility issues Pole in the middle of the room, so tv is sandwich between a pillar and a wardrobes, (Do they expect guests to take up pole dancing) Listening to music that is so loud that the TV will not drown it out from the restaurant, until around 10pm No shampoo, or condition for a shower. Needless to say, I don't think I will be back, or recommend to anyone anytime soon!!!!!!!!

Everything it was genuinely sublime

I liked the location, room size and decor. It was easy to find and in the centre, not too far from everything I was doing.

The AirCon wasn't working and only told on check in. They offered a full refund if I wanted to find another hotel - but that's not great when you're already checking in.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. AVOID!

Ideal location clean and staff friendly

Tv had no signal both days did tell staff to be told no maintenance on duty ?

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The location was ideal for the gig we were going to.

Could not get a drink at 11pm
