Very welcoming, helpful owner. Room large and comfortable, and a great choice and quality of breakfast. Very reasonable cost, and would definitely stay here again.

The ratings say it all. Nothing to add. Entirely satisfactory. Met all expectations of what is best in British B&B which, by its very nature, can vary greatly from place to place, region to region, time to time.

I had booked a single room and as you would have expected it was not that big but perfectly adequate for my needs. Bedroom and Bathroom were clean, tidy and fully functional. The breakfast was huge and a great start to the day! All in a very pleasant B&B and one which I would return to if I was in the area again.

Single room comfy but small - no wardrobe or table. Bathroom decent.

Hotel excellent, but a bit cross with Expedia about having to pay for two people when I clearly indicated when I made the booking that I was single. I was told at the hotel that if I'd contacted them directly to check and confirm I would have only been charged for single occupancy. As the payment with Expedia had already been set up I was committed to paying the full amount. (this is not a complaint against the hotel which was to repeat, EXCELLENT!)

Friendly host - attentive without being intrusive. Amazing breakfast - beautifully cooked. Comfortable B&B very convenient for the town and local sights. Slight musty smell in the house but probably due to it being an old property and some of the décor a little dated but this is because its a home as well as a business and each to their own taste!! Its a lovely place and highly recommended I'll definitely be going back if I need to stay in this area again.

Good property close to the town and park. Arrived early but was made very welcome by a lady called Inna who was managing the place whilst the owner was on holiday. The room was spotless with good facilities, my only criticism was the lack of a wardrobe. There was an excellent choice for breakfast and it was well presented and perfectly cooked.

Very good location with good food nearby, pleasant staff and clean. The breakfast I was served was 10 out of 10! The only downside for me that I had to unlock/lock main entrance door with a manual key each time I went to smoke after 7ish.But I would choose this place again due to the surroundings and the people.

The breakfast was amazing. She had soya milk available for my breakfast. I asked for crispy bacon, poached eggs etc etc and she cooked it perfectly and plenty of it. You book your food the night before, and it is exactly what you ask for to perfection. Cereals and fruit and yogurts! I had a smallish single room, immaculately clean, with a really good shower in the ensuite. The welcome tray even had mint tea which i love. Crisp lovely bedding.
