Secrets Vallarta Bay Puerto Vallarta - All Inclusive

Once again Secrets VB nothing short of exceptional. All the staff is so very friendly (Sergio in Market Cafe) - but the standout is Jimmy with entertainment team. He is nothing short of professional, yet fun loving - he does an outstanding job! 👏🏽 Once again my only complaint is no Pino Grigio vino blanco. And, I do miss being greeted getting out of the taxi with a wet towel, glass of bubbly and hearing “welcome home”.

I highly recommend Secrets Vallarta Bay in PV. It's right on the beach. The premises and views are stunning, lots pools and great restaurants to choose from . Also lots of fun activities and entertainment. The staff will make you feel like royalty.

Everything was amazing! The rooms were beautiful, staff was friendly and helpful, the food was great! We were able to see whales on a walk of the beach from the resort about a mile down

Our pool concierge, Joel, was so attentive and our pool waiter, Carlos, kept us in refreshments all day long. The dinner at the seafood restaurant was excellent. Would highly recommend the whole experience. Sadly, we were only day pass guests - but wish we could stay longer!!

Came in with a Day pass with our family. Joel (concierge) and Carlos (waiter) treated of with the best service and gave great information about the resort. The service in the restaurant oceana wa fantastic with some of the beat ceviche that I have had. Thank you Jairo, cheif concierge for understanding our needs.

Owwowwowwow! This is my word for many things, in this case it means unbelievable. I’ve been to many five star resorts over my 52 yrs and if I had to give this place stars it’s a 13 wow wow our favourite number. Ten of us came for our friends 60th birthday. They are preferred members. They treated us all as preferred members. We all had our own butler. Ours was Jose Becerra. We have never had a butler before. Jose was so helpful, kind, always happy to see us, spoke English very well and was there for us at a minute notice. My husband broke his leather sandle and Jose got him all fixed up very accommodating. He even made sure we arrived home safe. I will miss Jose. Definitely will be back to this secrets and request Jose ! I love PV always feel safe here. Just like they say when you arrive at Secret welcome home. I felt at home ! Secrets from the welcome beverage, hotel, food to the staff top notch! I have many food allergies and they made everything perfect this doesn’t even happen back home. We went snorkeling, fishing, whale watching just beautiful. We seen many whales from secrets everyday throughout the day and it was amazing. I never went without a drink the pool waiters were there before my drink was finished. All the staff that we encountered were kind, friendly, funny, engaging and fast! I can’t say enough great things about this place! Love it The only thing I can complain about is about the guests. The holding of the poolside lounge chairs. I know this is a thing at every resort. Secrets has a sign posted at the towels at the pool that u can’t reserve the chairs longer then 30 mins. This did not happen many guests saved there spots everyday and never even came to the pool. Every day we would have to wait for people to leave so we could all share four chairs. Which was fine for us as some of us would be in the pool and some standing talking to other guest we became friends with it was just nice when we could all have our own chair in the afternoon. It would be nice if they just wouldn’t allow saving chair at all. Then there would always be chairs available. I don’t want to end on this note because this by far is the best resort I’ve been to in my life and will definitely be back and I don’t ever go to the same place twice. Love the preferred member

I have been to all inclusive resorts a total of about 20 times in the last 25 years and this is by far the best one yet. The food at all the restaurants was consistently good. The only restaurant I didn’t try was the Mexican one (Tamarindo). All the ones I did visit the meals were hot, came on time, food was fresh and great quality. The drinks were also consistently good as well which is sometimes an issue at other resorts. My only minor suggestion would be for the resort to have more entertainment to offer at night, especially since this is an adult only resort. It was very quiet and not much going on past the odd thing in the lobby which ended fairly early in the evening (live music, karaoke etc). I will definitely be going back to this resort which is not something I typically say about all inclusives in Mexico!

Overall we had a great time! the resort is really nicely updated, the rooms were beautiful and our butler, Jose, was fantastic! The food was butter than expected. I am also Celiac and they were really accommodating to make sure I had gluten free options. Jose really went above and beyond to help with food for me. The main pool was really nice because it was heated so it was really warm. However, I wish the pools were bigger instead of smaller individual pools. The reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars was mostly because of the entertainment. There was hardly any shows but one. I have been to many other Secrets/Dreams and there has been nightly shows. There were no themed nights or parties either. This is the area they could improve upon. However, if you don't care too much about the shows, I'd highly recommend this resort. Beautiful rooms, wonderful service, and good food.

This was the first all-inclusive resort I've visited, and everything was amazing. The hotel and the room were clean and beautiful, the staff were always friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
