Eden House Hotel

Bathroom was a mess. Tiles were broken a s filthy.

Staff were very nice the bed was comfy and had a very good breakfast.

The room was mouldy and dirty. You can hear everything through the wall incl other people using the bathroom. They served garlic butter with the jam and toast at a very disappointing breakfast service. The dining room was a mess where people had had breakfast and nothing had been tidied, coffee was cold.

Very disappointing, staff were friendly , breakfast ok but the general cleanliness of our room , room 1 was poor. The room is in need of a full refurb. Avoid room 1. No heating till about 5am ( even though it was 2 degrees outside) Wont stay again.

Very basic hotel which is past it's best but did the job required which was reflected in the price.

Room was ok nothing special could do with uodating Breakfast choice limited cooked was fine but choice of cereal not good, Rice Krisppies, cocoa pops and Frosties. No Marmalade not a good choice for continental. Staff were very friendly

Friendly staff, cozy bed otherwise the place is falling apart. Safety issues on electrical appliances. Cannot recommend at all.

A reasonable hotel. Clean and tidy but very tired. In need of redecorating. Reception was friendly and efficient. The bar man gave the impression that he didnt want to be there. There was a long wait to order breakfast because the waitress was to busy talking to the receptionist. When I ordered poached eggs I only got one. Not very good valye for money, will not be staying here again.

Clean, but very dated. Not many staff, but those there were polite and friendly.

Very tired and dated room with a creaky and uncomfortable bed. Not very clean, hairs all over the bed, tv and extractor full of dust. I can't imagine how this place got a 3 star rating! Breakfast no better, took ages to get a cold and congealed plate to the table. 1 button mushroom on the plate! Staff weren't bothered and didn't ask once if the stay or breakfast was alright
