The property is very well located and easy to get to if you use the lift at the tunnel near the train. The manager is very helpful and friendly. Be prepared to walk up steps. Well, it is in Cinque Terre. Rooms a quant some updating would make it perfect.
Friendly and accommodating! Made us feel very much at home! Room clean and equipped with cold beers! Cappuccinos at breakfast were amazing!
The room was spacious, very clean with nice crisp sheets and fluffy towels. Outside terrace lovely. Breakfast simple and tasty. Be warned Riomaggiore is steep and this property is at top of village. Be prepared for daily commute up and down to train and ferry.
A perfect getaway in Cinque Terre! Hotel del Sole was a great hotel in Riomaggiore. Rooms were very spacious and very clean. You had your own balcony to enjoy the view. You definitely will not start your day on an empty stomach. The breakfast was a great detail of the property. Coffee, bread, yogurt, etc. One thing to note it is about a 10 minute walk up hill from the train station.
Great hotel, the location was perfect and the area was very quiet with a wonderful view! The breakfast was very good as well and the hotel room itself is well sized !
Enrico is an amazing host! He gave us so many useful tips! Also helped to carry our luggages up the stairs. It is a short walk from the station to the hotel, if you take the correct route: through the tunnel, on the left when you get out from the station.
