The staff were helpful and the lobby was equipped with necessary things. It gets really hot in the tent during the day and the fan provided do not offer much comfort. The noise of the travel carts resonate through late night.

The staff was wonderful, they did everything they could to make your experience the best it could be. The entertainment was great and we enjoyed the coffee bar, s’mores and the fire pit area in the evenings. The location was fantastic, very close to the town of West Yellowstone and Yellowstone National Park’s west entrance. We actually enjoyed the camping experience, maybe not on the really cold mornings. Lol!

The value for the money wasn’t what we expected. When the charges per night were reevaluated, we were not pleased with the higher prices on the weekend nights (LaborDay). $479 seemed too high considering other lodging choices in the area and the park.

A unique experience, watch the stars and enjoy quiet life. The location is good, near Yellowstone West gate.

Not easy to find it, need a mile of bad roads condition. Super cold at night, need to wake up every 2 hours to fill in woods.

The unusual concept very close to Yellowstone. In the nature.

Not able to have food in the tent.
