It was the perfect place to stay with the family! Very comfortable & great neighborhood...

The apartments are in a great area close to everything worth seen, with a lot of choices on a walking distance, the air condition worked great even with 40 Celsius degrees on the outside, the décor is modern, well equipped, very spacious and comfortable, It was presented clean and neat. The apartment we got was in the 4th and last floor, it was a 2 floor apartment and the bedrooms were on the upper floor. The ceilings on the bedrooms are low and with an inclination, you can see that on some of the pictures, it is a little uncomfortable, but tolerable. There is also one bathroom on the 2nd floor, which could be hot to use in summer. They need to polish up a little, and add better bedding cloths, a mat for the entrance and the showers, toilet paper roll holders for the bathrooms, a bigger sink on the lower bathroom and some paper towels for the kitchen. This apartment would be a little hard for elder people, because you need to climb stairs to reach the bedrooms.

We got there mid day, the door was closed. We asked a bypasser with a cell phone to call for us and right away they opened the door for us. Nicolas who worked on week ends helped us to our room. He was extremely nice and told us to call him anytime. He also told us to call them as soon as we rent a car so they can contact the traffic authorities so we can drive by our place without getting a ticket. On Monday when we picked up our car and drove by the hotel, I got off and went to our room, a concerned staff came to me and told me about the traffic restrictions in mid city. They go out of their way to make one's stay as comfortable as possible.

While we only stayed one day in this apartment, I wish we had more time. Great location and lots of room.

The apartment has an excellent location. The problems were as follows; no telephone, no radio, and although not really important, no TV. There was garbage in the kitchen garbage can (left-over food) and the toilet was not functioning properly. It took one day for someone to come to fix it and by then I had figured out how to make it work.

Staff were accomodating, but the apartment was modestly equipped and had no basic supplies. There are two late night clubs on either side, so don't stay here if you're looking for a good nights sleep on the weekend.

We got there earlier than our check in time with the idea that we might wait in the lobby but there is no reception or lobby in the building, just apartments. We called them but the lady who took our call said she couldn't help us as she was in some other building far from the place. A guy will meet you outside the building at your check in time.So there we stood on the street with all our luggage and a one year old on a cold windy morning until a guest leaving the building let us inside. Again no place to sit, not a single chair. Finally inside the apartment another horror story began. The apartment was on two floors with dangerous iron stairs without a railing. One wrong step and it would be a big disaster. The washroom was upstairs so we had to take our one year old up anyway. But we slept on the sofa bed downstairs . Even the living room downstairs wasn't safe. All style and no practicality. Couldn't take an eye off my toddler, not even for a second. In the kitchen they had a loose heavy wooden plank leaning against the foot of the cabinets to hide the feet. I didn't know it was loose so it fell on my foot. Luckily I dint get a fracture. The kitchenette was well equipped otherwise. Location was good with Halal places, super markets, cafes, train station and bus stop nearby. But we were happy to leave this danger zone.

We stayed in this apartment for only one night but really loved it. It's nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. Adan met us at the apartment and was friendly and informative. I particularly chose this apartment because of its location - its only a ten minute walk or so to the Peurta de Atocha train station. The neighbourhood is very quaint and a short walk from plenty of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Can't beat location. Clean and comfortable. Arranged great transportation for our family of five to the airport. Only complaint is lack of some basics one would expect even in an apartment. For example, guests are required to take out the trash every night, but we were provided only one trash bag for the entire stay. No trash cans in bathrooms.

Great apartment, very clean, comfortable & modern. Was met by representative and given information about the area & getting around, very useful when new to a city. Only problem was our apartment was over a building site. Converting ground floor into a shop so workmen in early with drills etc. once work has been completed this will be an even better apartment.
