We loved our stay at Hotel Castillo El Collado! Javier was an exceptional host; one of the classic hoteliers with a lifetime of refined & attentive service to his guests. The castle is located in the beautiful old walled city of Laguardia with breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards & mountains We loved the delicious breakfast Javier prepared each morning for us in the elegant dining room and we loved the beautiful historic features in this centuries old stone castle! This was a fantastic place to stay in the medieval walled city of LaGuardia! Definitely a highlight of our trip! Javier made it extra special for us! He was welcoming & generously shared his deep knowledge about the castle & the area throughout our 4-day stay.

We loved everything about our stay here- a fantastic place to stay in beautiful LaGuardia!

We stayed 2 nights here for wine tastings in the area and really loved the place. It's such a unique property and the inn keeper is super nice. food was good as well.

Javier was an exceptional host, showing incredible hospitality and kindness. He truly cared about our entire experience in Laguardia and the surrounding area. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in an excellent location. Say yes if he asks about making breakfast.

"Unique Castle stay with excellent food"

The castle dates back 200 years. Javier, the owner is the descendant of the family, therefore, he is royalty. He serves the guest of the hotel with grace, attentiveness, and warm hospitality making you feel like you are royalty instead. The rooms are very unique and comfortable. The restaurant attached to the Castle is an added bonus, the ambiance, furnishing, luxury cave atmosphere, food, and service was excellent. The experience was very memorable for our visit to Laguardia. The location is very good to old town and you have a very nice view.
