Man fühlt sich nicht wie ein Gast, sondern sofort willkommen. Die liebevolle Führung über Generationen hinweg ist überall spürbar und verleiht dem Haus eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll, individuell und laden zum Abschalten ein. Der Wellnessbereich ist ein echtes Highlight – ruhig, hochwertig und perfekt, um Körper und Kopf zur Ruhe kommen zu lassen. Kulinarisch wurden wir ebenfalls rundum verwöhnt: ausgezeichnetes Essen und ein Frühstück, das mit Qualität und Vielfalt überzeugt. Ein Ort, an den man nicht nur gerne zurückdenkt, sondern unbedingt zurückkehren möchte. Wir kommen gern wieder

Sehr gute Lage, schöner Spa Bereich. Essen hervorragend. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, hatte gute Empfehlungen für die Umgebung.

I took my group of 36 to the Alex and was extremely happy with the service, the atmosphere, the staff and the food. It was by far the most enjoyable hotel my group has had over 17 European ski trips covering 38 years. You could not ask for more at this value.

Sehr tolles Hotel, mit äusserst höflichem und hilfsbereitem Personal sowie hervorragender Küche. Beste Lage gleich hinter dem Bahnhof. Unsere Wünsche und Bedürfnisse wurden ohne jeglichen Abstriche zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt.

Es gibt nichts, das uns nicht gefallen hat.

A second visit, third for my other half, to this wonderfully eclectic hotel. As before the stay was excellent, the room, staff and food were all fantastic. The facilities are extensive and include a large swimming pool which is a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. Close to the station and bus stop for the various lifts up the mountain the hotel is well positioned including easy access to the shops and restaurants nearby.
