We had a pleasant stay. The Staff was really warm and helpful

I stayed in this Hotel in the last week of Mar'15 and it was really good in terms of cleanliness. Nano car facility (one way) will be provided from the Hotel, till half way the Mall. You need to walk for some distance (approx 1.5km) to reach the Mall that will be difficult for some people other than that this hotel is really good.

we stayed 3 days & enjoyed a stay over there, excellent services, drop facility, awesome food quality, neatly served , staff very polite helpful . over all services were excellent .

It wasn't like a typical hotel - more of a family feel

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were polite and helpful. The only inconvenience is the hot water supply did not work properly. Much water is wasted before you can have lukewarm water.

Lovely decor, warm bed on a cold night. DELICIOUS meals from hotel kitchen, though no restaurant it didn't matter. Lovely service though a bit forgetful but as soon you ask...it's there. Laundry service quick and good. Nice quiet and here's the real winner - deluxe valley facing room has just a stunning view you must wake up to while in Shimla, the old English building now the Radisson in the foreground. Loved it loved it. No negatives except maybe a heater if you're there in Winter but electric blanket is lovely and does the trick.

Everything was great, only problem is there's no heating in the winter, except for electric blankets but that's pretty standard for India. Location is good but a bit removed from the main Mall area. Best hotel we visited in our month in India.

Stayed in the Purple Room overlooking the town - fabulous. The breakfast was very good. We went on a desert safari and the hotel kept our baggage, gave us a room to change, shower & sleep on our return and provided a packed lunch for our onward journey.
