High end very luxurious hotel. We stayed in the summer, but the hotel is very convenient to the lifts. Parking is valet (40.00) or they have a van to take you to your car. It was quiet for sleeping with very nice beds. Coffee was available in the room. We ate in the Apre for breakfast. It was delicious. The service was outstanding. The common areas are beautiful and have a view. I would highly recommend a stay here.

My husband, two young daughters and I stayed here for a few nights in July. It was a wonderful hotel for families and an easy drive to/from downtown Aspen. It was our first visit to the area and the Viewline was the ideal outpost for all of the activities we wanted to do - from short hikes to stunning gondola rides and fine dining. There wasn't a shortage of activity at the hotel itself — my kids loved walking to restaurants in Snowmass village, the heated pool, and the summer concert series! We hope to visit again in the near future! Aspen and Snowmass are truly beautiful and remarkable and will hold a special place in our hearts.

I recently coordinated a week-long event for 200 guests at The Viewline Resort Snowmass, and the experience exceeded expectations across the board. I had the opportunity to work closely with the team—and I was incredibly impressed. I would like to recognize a few outstanding team members who truly elevated the experience. Ashish was indefatigable throughout the entire week—I’m not certain he ever went home! He was always within arm’s reach or just a phone call away, ready to handle any request. Several attendees even went out of their way to comment on how exceptional he was. This was also my fourth year working with Alejandra, Reservations Sales Manager. She consistently makes my job easier with her exceptional handling of attendee requests. Alejandra understands the big picture, anticipates VIP expectations, and follows through on every detail. Even with multiple emails a day and last-minute changes, she is always prompt, thorough, and professional. Beyond the service, the food was delicious and the event staff consistently attentive. The spa is beautiful and offers a wide range of great options—perfect for guests looking to relax after a day of activities. The ski-in/ski-out location is truly unbeatable and a major highlight for our attendees. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and it’s clear that new management has made thoughtful improvements to enhance the overall guest experience. I would absolutely recommend this property for both group events and individual stays.

We came over with the veteran assistant winter sports group. Manager and staff were amazing. So helpful friendly and accommodating. Definitely would come back independently due to such a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for having us over.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Viewline Resort Snowmass, Autograph Collection (Marriott). From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Alejandra Aliaga, the Reservations Sales Manager, went above and beyond in helping us plan our stay. She was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making sure every detail of our reservations was handled and that each day of our trip went smoothly. Her care and professionalism truly made our experience feel seamless and special. Our room was amazing—a spacious King ski in/ski out suite with incredible views that made the entire stay even more memorable. It was extremely comfortable and worth the extra cost. The housekeeping team was equally outstanding—thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely kind. They even left a special surprise and note for my son, which meant so much to us. The location is unbeatable, and the entire experience felt easy and stress-free. It’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. It was easy to get to and from the airport with the hotel’s free shuttle service. We highly recommend this property and will absolutely be back.

They can’t handle simple problems. It looks they have some kind of miss communication.

This is our 6 th time here and we love it! My son has allergies and we were very well taken care of by Chef Nitesh and Chef Pilla who went out of their way along with Manager Ashish . This time we brought along our friends who usually go to The Limelight. We plan to be back here soon in March again for some awesome skiing and Apres Ski experience.
