From the moment we were picked up at the airport, greeted at the front desk to the end of our trip, we were blown away. Elizabeth was incredibly professional and accommodating. We loved everyone there. Service, food, rooms …all was STELLAR! We will definitely be back!

Horrible service. Room amenities were never replenished during our entire stay. We had to wash out our coffee cups to use them. Our room wasn’t even serviced by housekeeping our last day. We were overcharged for our breakfast one day, and was told by front desk they would correct it. It wasn’t corrected, and when we spoke to the front desk mgr at checkout, he refused to honor what we were told, basically calling us a liar over $60 when we spent $5000 for five days. We will not be coming back. The service is not worth the money spent.

Great location, friendly coffee bar and ski valet and car valet. However the reservations / booking management is not customer friendly and have very strict cancellation. Although they accept redemption stays they clearly don’t want those guests and try to find ways to charge for the full rate of the stay . GM also disengaged from customer experience issues.

During my recent stay at the Viewline, we had a bit of a challenge and was very impressed with how effectively and attentively Alonso was able to help manage the situation to a very satisfactory outcome. The property itself is beautiful. Highly recommended.

I’ve traveled often and stayed in many hotels, but Viewline Resort is in a class of its own. From the moment we checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. However, what truly sets this resort apart is the way they cared for us during a medical crisis on December 7th. My daughter suddenly became ill, and as a mother, I was overwhelmed with fear. The Manager on Duty and the valet team responded with compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern. Every staff member we encountered acted with kindness and made us feel safe during one of the scariest moments of my life. Their actions went far beyond standard hospitality. They treated my daughter with patience and care, and they supported me emotionally in a moment where I felt helpless. I will forever be grateful to this team. If you are looking for a resort where the staff doesn’t just serve you — they care about you — Viewline Resort is that place. They have earned a loyal guest in me. — Gidget P.

Nice place

This was a great hotel in a great location if you're planning things on or around Snowmass Mall. Staff is amazing and always asking how they can help. My only complaint was that we specifically booked a view room and ended up with a view of another building, and that building happenend to be under construction so all the deck furniture, grills, erc. were strewn about the small grassy area betreen us, it just looked trashy. We had zero view and just left the blinds closed the whole time. But otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be back.

The Viewline is a spectacular hotel. It is slopeside in Snowmass Village. We went during leave season and enjoyed views of the glowing Aspen trees. The staff is friendly and accommodating they quickly responded to any questions or requests. The front desk staff, concierge and bellman met us with a smile and positive attitude.

The hotel was nice but for the cost per night I don’t believe it was worth that - I understand it’s most likely for location. We went in the off season & still spent around $1000 for two nights with the resort fees & $60 breakfast credits. The rooms advertised on their website & other booking platforms are not the room we were given either. I booked the Mountain View standard king room believing we would have a view like the one pictured & that’s not what we received even tho it was technically a Mountain View. Breakfast at starks was good, very overpriced but service was great. For two of us each bill was around $70 with just an entree & lattes.

I just for home today, i find out they charge me 200$ more i don’t know what it is. However, no free wifi with the price of the room, the bed is a little bit uncomfortable. No microwave in the room. The light in the bathroom work for one and half day, after that some part of it not work. Instead of spend this amount of money here with the view, maybe next time I will go to Europe instead, get more fun and civilization and cheaper price room
