"Needs refreshing course in hospitality."

Hotel is OK however the guests services leave a lot to be desired. You feel that you are a number. Every thing has to be cleared with the manager, not on the premises when we arrived at hotel after an overnight flight, (red eye) rooms were available but had to pay an extra to occupy the room before the scheduled check-in time. Once in the room, electricity, not functioning. Maintenance person had to come and fix. Overall feeling not good!

Stayed there for 6 days with my 5 kids. Everything is well kept and clean. Fairly new building. Kids loved the pool it was kept clean. Got the 2 bedroom, rooms were spacious, with 2 sets of full washrooms and tvs in every room and living room. There’s a full kitchen and fridge so that was great to be able to cook breakfast there before leaving for the day. Close by to a 7/11 right beside the hotel as well as other shops and a laundry mart. We rented a car so there is a fenced garage as well for free use with the hotel. You just have to let them know when you’re leaving and coming back they open 24 hrs. We enjoyed our stay at Heaven Hotel and would recommend for families, as it is more away from the young party life hotel strip.

"Great value and clean comfortable rooms."

It was clean, comfortable, and easy. We only stayed 1 night but could have stayed much longer.

It was a little hard for us to find with google maps for some reason. It took us Nextdoor and then tried to make us drive around when the hotel was only next door.
