There's restaurants, organic food store, lots of places to walk to and most the staff here are wonderful, polite and apartment is large, recommended by me

The property was in an easy location to find safe parking was right at kerbside and very safe. Beautiful 2 bed and 2 bath apartment that was well appointed and very clean. I only wish we had longer to stay

A gem of a hotel with friendly staff. Only downside was you needed a car as it was quite a ways from Playa.

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed on short trip. I would’ve love to stay a couple more days I can’t literally find anything wrong to say about it.

Stayed at the hotel for three nights with my family of five, service was awesome and also the rooms were clean. Loved the place and we will choose this hotel for all our stays whenever we visit Cancun

Heaven Hotel was fabulous! The road from the hotel to the freeway has a traffic signal to get you on and off the freeway safely [if you've driven in this area, you know why this is important!]. Just 5 minutes' drive away is a Walmart and a Chedraui grocery store. Right down the road, about a 5 minute drive, are a public beach and the Punta Xcalacoco Beach Club. Purchase anything at this restaurant on the beach and you can use the lounge chairs. Great massages, too. Within a 1 minute walk are a 24-hour 7-11, a pharmacy, a great coffee/sandwich shop, a breakfast restaurant [my favorite is the 50-50 fresh-squeezed OJ and fresh-squeezed pineapple juice, must have been 16+ oz], a grill selling pizza/burgers/etc, and a Taco shop [dinner for $3.60 USD?!?!?--that's the cost of 2 tacos. But if you go there, try the Gringa!]. So we had a bunch of options for food, very close by. We could even get nicely ripe bananas at the 7-11. The room was exceptionally clean. The housekeepers were extremely nice and friendly. The kitchen and bathroom were modern, the furniture nice, the beds very comfy. There's an in-room safe. Plenty of parking. This was the trip where I found out why a helpful hotel staff is important. My rental car had 2 flat tires. I thought I was going to lose a day of vacation and pay a fortune. But Marianna, at the front desk, found mechanics who would come to the hotel, fix one tire, and for the one that could not be fixed, sell me a good but used tire. The total cost was 1,500 pesos, or $75 USD. Overall, I would definitely return!
