"Pleasant stay"

The room offered plenty of space and a dedicated TV sitting area. We had a great view of the pool, which we enjoyed using. Breakfast was included and quite good. The staff was friendly, and the property was modern, clean, and well maintained. I would gladly return.

"Nice hotel"

Very nice hotel in a good location. Lots of restaurants close by. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. It would have gotten a better rating but the small couch in the room was situated right in front of the heating/cooling vent in the wall. It was blowing so hard could not sit on the couch if the unit was on. Only one sink in the bathroom. Plenty of parking available and not far from the cavern

"Carnival noise alert!"

Completey decent accommodations and amenities, but we had a major issue with the check in & desk staff.

There was a carnival across the street from the Hyatt which played booming stage band music until 12:30 am. Our room was directly in the line of sound reverberation facing the bandshell. This was the last night of the 11 day fair and the staff knew this noise would be an issue until 12am every night, yet didn't notify us in advance or offer a quieter room in the back when we checked in. I could still hear the bass with my noise cancelling Beats headphones on and the front desk told us there were no other rooms in the back when we called them at 10pm. Major fail on the the staff's approach to customer service! Beware as we were told this carnival is in town about 3-4 times a year,
