John is a fabulous host and cook. I hated to leave today to go home. I booked another stay before I left.

Spacious room and clean bathroom. Friendly and attentive host. Easy parking.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay, and with such a kind host! Amazing old house and creative, fun decor. Beds were luxurious and so comfortable! And breakfast was delicious.

Our first stay at a B&B far exceeded our expectations with John at the Gardner Farm Inn. Breakfast was excellent, the house and decor felt very homey. I would stay here again if we're ever back in Troy!

Our host, John, made delicious breakfasts each day we were there, such as homemade French toast with local fruit and maple syrup, and frittatas with local vegetable as a side. He also accommodated my friend's non-dairy request. It was excellent.

There isn't anything to dislike in this quiet, charming bed and breakfast.
