Super 8 by Wyndham Niagara Falls ON

The restaurant for breakfast was closed when we went to eat at 8am. And you only get a couple of choices for breakfast.

Disgusting business! My credit card was used for unauthorized charges and documents were falsified after the fact. Initially money was credited back to me but as soon as I stopped paying attention they charged my card again! Absolute liars and crooks! They are not to be trusted and will steal from you the first chance they get.

We went to this motel on New Year eve, I was with my wife, our 2 young adults kids and our 2 little dogs. The room is good, spacious, the floor is laminate and is quite cold, it should have carpet, the appliances are good, the shower is very good. This is a pet friendly hotel which is why we decided to go there, as there are very few pet friendly hotels at Niagara Falls, however the grass areas in the hotel says "keys dogs out of here" so is hard to find a place for the dogs to pee and walk. The room and the restaurant was not that clean and the exterior was messy and dirty, garbage and waste by the sides of the buildings. They include breakfast and it is good, the price is very competitive, but it has a cost as mentioned above and also some guests are awful; there was a fight at 3 am in front of our next door room, women yelling, throwing glasses, bottles, I called front desk, the person in charge went there to try finish the problem buy they didn't care at all, so I had to call the police on them to try to sleep; this morning in front of our room door there was a lot of broken glass pieces, they did not cleaned it. Also the toilet got clogged and they couldn't fix it because they did not have a plunger in the hotel. This was not good stay at all.

Two families stayed there. The property had enough parking space. The breakfast was good.

They call middle of night at 12. They want to change a bulb. Service was a low low.

two months ago when I did the booking I payed extra to get a room with a king bed, when I checked in they gave me a room with two single beds. They said that they didn't have a room available with King bed. Unbelievable!!! I asked for a discount... they said NO. Scammers!!

Dirty room, chair with plenty of stains, the bathroom wall was dripping with drops of something resembling yellow or brown grease, there were hairs 1 ft long in the bed sheets. Also I paid extra for a King Size bed and I've got two single beds. When I asked they said the King size beds are not available right now... I didn't receive any discount or compensation. HORRIBLE!!!

Awfull it's a dump. I'd advise never going there it's falling apart and smells like dampness . The bathrooms are water soaked baseboards dirt and stains on the walls cigarette burns in the comforter . The internet didn't work all week and the TV kept turning off and on . When they were told about it we didn't get another room just got treated like garbage.

The room was nice and recently remodeled. My problem was at check-in, I arrived at 11:30pm as I mentioned in the pre-check email the hotel sent, there was no one onsite to check in with. I called the number on the door and eventually a staff member showed up but it took about 10min. The excuse was that the shift was just starting for him, poorly planned shifts are not the customers problem
