Owner was rude as I had used hotels.com does not want booking thru hotels.com. put me on second floor and told me if I hadn't used hotels.com he would have put me on first floor. Hotel has no airconditioning in the hall. Continental breakfast was only a few donuts and cold cereal
Grumpy front desk man. Complained about me using Hotels.com. Beds in the room are old and gross. The kind that make you want to check for bed bugs (none found). Front desk, rooms, and attitude all need attention.
I was not happy with my stay here. First they didnt stick to the price I got on Hotels.com. I got the room for $57 but they charged me $67. Then the motel was dirty and i didnt like the room. The pictures online are not a good representation of what the motel actually looks like. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!
USLet me first say the staff I dealt with were very nice. That's where the compliments end. When I first entered the parking lot, there were 3 women standing out side the door smoking and one woman had her 3 little kids with her. No big deal, but I soon realized when they opened their door, they were apparently living there. I then went inside and checked in. The check in procedure is a joke as there is no computer and everything is hand written. Hello 1980's. I was told to go into the door and climb the stairs to my room. When I walked in the door, there were 3 kids playing with toys on the stairs. Once again, no big deal. When I entered my room, it was terribly hot as the A/C unit was not turned on. It was 92 degrees outside and probably 85 degrees in my room. I then noticed all the appliances were unplugged. The TV, refrigerator and microwave. When I sat down on the bed, it was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever sat on. I didn't dare lift the sheets to see what was underneath. The smell in the room was terrible, it was a non-smoking room, but the smell of old musty cigarettes was still present. I got up, threw my key on the bed, and left. I never asked for a refund, nor did I mention anything to the staff. Why bother when I would probably not get my money back anyway? I am going to contact hotels.com, where I booked the room, and ask that they remove this hotel from their list. It is not a hotel, it is a extended stay and vacationers will be disappointed if they stay here. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I drove up to Springfield and found another hotel to stay. I suggest you do the same.
Room was unacceptable....cockroaches in the bathroom and holes in the drywall
It was just okay. The place smelled of cigarette smoke even in the non smoking rooms. People were slamming doors and loud in the hallways. The beds were not that comfortable. It was alright for a nights stay but would not suggested if vacationing.
Beds were extremely uncomfortable location very sketchy continental breakfast bare minimum. Staff was not very friendly very outdated establishment I would never book this hotel again.
Nothing fancy but very clean and good value! Staff was friendly. A bit shy on the continental breakfast but still a great value for the price. I will stay again.
Had a great time room was clean no one bothered me close to everything
Couldn’t even stay at this hotel and expiedia did nothing to help
