Guests highly rate the good location and frequently praise the pleasant staff interactions.
No blanket on the bed just sheets and bedspread in the middle of cold season.
Easy check in and friendly staff. The rooms were as described but since I am local could if had a better price if I would of drove around and checked prices.
Really nice! The room was very clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was great.i Will definitely stay out door swimming pool very nice big parking lot i traveled this hotel October and see the hotel fully pack i highly recommend this place
The room was fine. There were roaches on the tub , camode and near sink area
Staff and room were great! Great location as well. Direct access to the highway.
If I could rate the hotel negative I would.
My wife and I are on our honeymoon and decided to book the room in advance. I was greeted by a cranky man that mumbled in barely understandable English, who was almost rude in getting us checked in. When we translated his directions to the room, the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke and some kind of awful perfume or something, and was about 85 degrees. When we got to the room, it seemed clean and the bed was comfortable, but the door was left open, it was about as hot as the hallway, the air wasn't on and it took about a half an hour to cool off. The refrigerator and microwave were both unplugged and there were only 2 bath towels, (1 more was hanging on a hook behind the door, but we didn't know if it was clean or not, so we didn't touch it!), 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels, no shampoo or conditioner in the room, no hair drier either. Overall, the price was good, but I would spend another $10 and try somewhere else next time.
USBasically got sent here while I awaited parts for my car. Was quoted 70 for the night but it was 90 when I got the total. Not a large difference but noticeable since they knew I was in a situation. Internet is hit and miss. The guy at the desk was barely attentive and didn't want to hassle with dealing with a deaf customer, but had to because he is the only one there. The next morning I went to get a continental breakfast at 7 am sharp. There were three types of cereal, coffee, orange juice, milk, and 3 honey rolls, along with a hoard of ants climbing the counter. Someone, a worker, brought in 3 bananas and left with one. The halls, in a non smoking area, smelled of smoke. The door chain locks were broken and fixed in a way that you could use them but they wouldn't secure anything. If you have options to go somewhere else, please look around.
staff was rude charged what ever he wanted even when the place was empty told you where you could and couldnt park, room was horrible. Was told one price on the phone when arrived was told there were no rooms and charged us more and thought he was nice by giving us a $5.00 disc. The only advantage to this place is its located down a hill and with gps showing it on the side of the road it was still not visable .
Very outdated hotel.Bedding was old. Showerhead was the height for a 10 year old. Booked a room with a single Queen Bed, wound up with a room with two Double beds. Went to check out, no one at the front desk, wound up taking keycard back to room when no one came to desk after ringing the bell. Wifi so slow couldn't use it. Two bars of soap in bathroom, no shampoo, no kleenex and barely any towels. Next time we will stay in Springfield and drive the 10 miles to Ozark.
