The room.

The fact that very few of the services, amenities, food & drink advertised were available. Things were broken, out of order, under repair, etc.

Clean and comfortable Loved the welcome drink

The location and the price. The staff was extremely kind.

The bedroom had a cold draft coming from the window and I was staying with my baby which made our night extremely uncomfortable. I was assigned a room which stent have an easy access route (I was told to pass several heavy doors and the patio. Again, I was moving around with a stroller and luggage.

The bunk bed corner room top level was nice

The gym didn’t have mats

Not ADA compliant. Elevator was out of service multiple times. The room was so small and cramped, no way it's ADA accessible. Bed was awful. No shelf in the shower to set items. Could hear a lot of noise outside my room.

Nice downtown hotel

the shower had ZERO water pressure and the flow was horrible, lighting in room was very dim; also the parking was full and they had no recommendations on where to park as there was no street parking, ended up parking up 10 min away in an already crappy and shady neighborhood, would not recommend staying here again
