Amazing staff, very attentive if we needed anything. Beds were a little hard and pillows could use a refresh. Very close to the best beach in Playa Del Carmen so we appreciated that. Overall it's a wonderful small hotel that's a little out of the way to enjoy the 5th Avenue experience but if you don't mind a stroll its well worth staying at, and you can't beat the price.

Mirla works at the front desk. My 3rd day she efficiently moved my room to the back and stored my luggage for when I returned. I found the dogs barking a little annoying, where some people may not even notice. Mirla also helped me with the bike rental at the hotel. Thank you for excellent service.

"A great location for a short stay, fairly basic room but was great for my one night stay"

Clean basic room in a nice area of town, away from the main tourist area, close to nice cafes.

Water pressure was low. Fridge in the room was loud. No complimentary water in room (you can’t drink the tap water)
