We really liked how well set up the unit was. We had a very comfortable stay and it’s in a good, central location.

Instructions for finding the key lockbox was a bit confusing.

Mattress - extremely uncomfortable!

The free parking was a nightmare. Registration was difficult, and it was a long way from the very hard to find accommodation. We had to search for bedding for the sofa bed, and found bags of dirty linen under the very hard bed, where we finally found pillow case for sofa bed, and a key for a cleaning cupboard, where a towel was eventually found for third person. Spiral staircase was dangerous. No dish cloth provided so couldn't wash dishes as instructed.

The bed was comfortable, clean apartment, location was close to everything you needed.

We had 3 people in our group, but the sofa bed was not made and there were towels for only 2 people. Some dishes were unclean, very unclean kettle, the oven made some concerning noises when used, and a very strange odour throughout the apartment. While the location was close to everything you needed, the street / alley it is located on is dodgy. There were strange people lingering in the alleyway on arrival.

Sofa bed could have been comfier but everything else was perfect.

Whilst there is free parking it is a good distance away if carrying luggage. Also bedroom is down a very steep spiral staircase (17 stairs) which was not easy to manage. Ease of communicating with the host was not great as TV did not work on arrival and it was after we left before anyone got back to us regarding this by the time my husband had spent over an hour trying to get some programmes
