Bed and bedding, we’re great. Not great was tiny bath. But overall good stay

Beautiful, Quite very very nice.

The gentleman that checked us in was exceptionally friendly! When leaving we had a great talk and he made sure our stay was good! The room was a reasonably priced and the bed was comfortable!

Abandoned, old and dirty hotel. I felt cheated.

Nice scenery

I should start with, I don't leave reviews. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service that I received from Dave at check in. I felt immediately welcomed and his suggestions for dinner were spot on. The room was clean and quiet. Plus the view was better than area hotels at more than double the cost. Definitely a hidden gem.

My expectations were low based on the very reasonable rates. Dave at the front desk was amazing from check in throughout my stay including dinner suggestions. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the service exceeded many lodgings with higher price tags. The view was excellent as well. It seems as though much has changed since those negative 2024 reviews. Definitely recommend

Easy stay with access to Acadia. Not fancy but worth it for the location.

Great very clean, safe, and pretty views

This wasn’t our favorite stay. We showed up at 2:30pm to a sign that said ‘will be back at 3pm’… we left and came back at 3:07 and there was a sign that said ‘will be back at 4pm’….. we waited around a bit because we wanted to get ready for dinner and had travelled all day. Luckily someone came out of the office and helped us get our keys. Very pleasant and kind man. The room was not anything fancy, but it did have a comfy bed. Our room had fruit flies and air conditioner did not work. I did send a message through Expedia regarding the AC not working, and received a call at 9:30pm saying we could be moved (but by that time we were in bed and unpacked). I do appreciate their efforts to try and make it right. It was fairly quiet, and about a 12 minute drive to Bar Harbour
