"A very lovely lodge and a wonderful host!"

Amazing stay, the location is great with so many attractions close to the lodge. The lodge is beautifully decorated and the host gives lots of extra little touches like the dog treats and raspberry Swiss rolls for us humans. There are many places to walk and attractions to see for both families and couples. There are lovely places to eat close by, the food at the Water's Edge restaurant on site was amazing and dog friendly. We also venture to Longlands Inn for a drink and to watch the football, again we had a warm welcome for the dogs and children. Everyone on site were polite.amd friendly. The whole holiday park is neat and tidy. Each day we got to see and hear the duck on the ponds. We look forward to coming back.

"Amazing little treat for you and your family!"

Everything about this property is perfect! The host Margaret was amazing! we initially booked for 6 nights but then I realised my husband was off work a day earlier. I messaged Margaret asking if we can come a day earlier and she said yes and didn’t even charge for that extra night! The property has everything you will need and more for your getaway. Last year we stayed at Pine lake resort and for the price that lodge was very out dated. No 1 retreat is modern and also has a smart tv with Netflix for those rainy days when you can’t venture out too much. The location is perfect and beautiful and our little daughter enjoyed feeding the ducks every morning.

Everything. Can't fault it!

Location as its slightly out of the way, but I knew about this as visited before and to be honest its that nice you don't want to leave
