USThe location is spectacular. This place is a great place to stay in Ortigia, because the location is perfect.
Air conditioner only works when you are in the unit and have the only key available plugged into the air conditioner slot. Then even when you put the key in, it takes about 1/2 an hour for it to start cooling. If you are out for any length of time, the place gets roasting hot. The kitchen is NOT well stocked, no kitchen towels. The property manager is non-responsive. Two of the 3 bedrooms are up spiral stairs, so if you have any mobility issues or don’t want to haul you suitcase up very narrow spiral staircase with no railing to a hot as heck room… don’t stay here.

It was not what we confirmed. We cnfmd 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms and it was 2 bedroom/bathroom. 3rd room small room with clic clac sofa & ‘bathroom’ was a laundry room with a loo!
GBThis apartment has everything, fantastic views and location , parking for our Vespas nearby , in the heart of everything. Six of us stayed , we all agreed it was a brilliant place to stay before.

Niestety na 5 dniowy pobyt przez 3 dni byliśmy bez Wi-fi, przez cały wyjazd nie działało ogrzewanie z klimatyzacji w sypialniach. Przy niskich temperaturach w nocy jest to niedopuszczalne. Zgłaszaliśmy sprawę od początku, po trzech dniach pojawił się Pan żeby naprawić usterkę lecz niestety nic nie naprawił. Przez to duży minus. Reszta ok.
