What a great place to stay! Although the room was small, every inch of the space was meticulously designed! We loved how easy it was to check in, out and control everything from lighting? Temperature. Media with just one touch on the iPad. The staff was super friendly, helpful (especially Carlaa and Lindsay) who gave us great suggestions for places to eat and how to get around town. This hotel is centrally located (easy access to all kinds of transportation) and we will definitely come back next time we’re in town.

don’t judge a book by its cover—and don’t judge a hotel by its entrance. though lacking a majestic entrance the citizenM hotel in san francisco was a charming surprise. it is special. i especially appreciated kitty and carla’s hospitality, friendliness, and upbeat attitudes.

Stylish, functional rooms. Worked well for a short business trip. Rebekah at the bar was excellent! Staff is friendly and attentive.

10/10!!! This hotel has all the right vibes! It’s clean, quirky and the staff go above and beyond for you! Shout out to Sundae and Trey for taking care of me and my friend and get us situated right away! This experience here has been amazing as a welcoming to the city!

The room is quite neat - small but controlled by a touch screen. The staff is very nice. However, the "front desk" is ineffectual. The curtain in my room did not work. Given the people in the building right across the street, I could open my blind. I asked the front desk about it 3 times over 5 days -- no fix. So 7 nights at 3100 and no natural light. I also ask if I could extend my stay by a day. "You'll have to do it yourself, we don't have the ability to do that." Seems very odd.

Carlaa was absolutely wonderful! Travel day is always hectic - so after putting in a few hours of work and then taking in a long walk of the area, by the time I returned back at the hotel I was ready to relax. Lucky for me, happy hour started at 4pm. And Carlaa did just that - not only made one hour happy but two! I got some fun new drinks recommended for me to try and just a nice chat of the area, travel, and life. So so nice. Thank you for making the start of my visit both relaxing and fun.
