The room is quite neat - small but controlled by a touch screen. The staff is very nice. However, the "front desk" is ineffectual. The curtain in my room did not work. Given the people in the building right across the street, I could open my blind. I asked the front desk about it 3 times over 5 days -- no fix. So 7 nights at 3100 and no natural light. I also ask if I could extend my stay by a day. "You'll have to do it yourself, we don't have the ability to do that." Seems very odd.

Carlaa was absolutely wonderful! Travel day is always hectic - so after putting in a few hours of work and then taking in a long walk of the area, by the time I returned back at the hotel I was ready to relax. Lucky for me, happy hour started at 4pm. And Carlaa did just that - not only made one hour happy but two! I got some fun new drinks recommended for me to try and just a nice chat of the area, travel, and life. So so nice. Thank you for making the start of my visit both relaxing and fun.

Wonderful hotel, very modern and cozy. And the location is super convenient for visitors, the start point for the cable car is only one block away from the hotel.

The greatest experience, 5 stars!

Everything was so pleasant and efficient, from each staff member to the cozy room. Absolutely love the communal feeling of the third floor! Carla is awesome, knowledgeable and super helpful! Each of the staff makes people feel at home and seem happy to be there- as we were! Highly recommend!
