The location was great, the green areas and it was comfortable

There was No cleaning service, the same towels for 3 days and no garbage pick up, our place stunk bad after a few days

Pool and shower area not cleaned.

It’s beautiful and perfectly located near an atv rental and restaurants.

No complaints

This is not a hotel. There’s no staff onsite. There’s no breakfast offered as listed on Expedia’s page. This is a complete false advertisement. The door to the bathroom faces the outside pool and it doesn’t close. So it feels very unsafe. Anyone could fit and literally come into the room from the outside. There’s no security or door person either and there’s no where to park your car. The towels are stained and full of holes. I requested new ones and they were in even worse conditions. I would not recommend this places, cannot call it a hotel because it is not a hotel.

Déjà je mets 1 étoile parce que je ne pas en mettre 0. Pour cet hôtel, nous avions une réservation pour 3 nuits, une fois sur place nous sommes entrés dans la chambre où une chaleur étouffante si trouvait malgré une climatisation à 16 degrés. Nous avons fait le tour de la chambre un coton tige traînait au sol, les ustensiles de cuisines étaient insalubres et un petit déjeuner traînait alors qu’ils y avaient des produits laitiers. Nous avons fait appel au service client et nous avons été changé de chambre mais malgré cela même dans le nouveau logement nous avons été dégoûté, 2 cafards trouvés au sol, et autres insectes non identifiés, des ustensiles de cuisines totalement insalubres, une climatisation qui refroidit à peine, avec la chaleur et humidité extérieure c’est inconcevable et sans parler des draps et serviette qui n’était pas blanches mais jaunes et sales. Nous avons demandé à être remboursé, mais la réponse n’a pas été favorable sous prétexte qu’un remboursement avait déjà été effectué et ce 1 mois plus tôt car notre parcours de voyage avait été modifié. Bref nous avons quitté l’hôtel et pris une chambre ailleurs dans un endroit digne de séjourné. Cet hôtel, le service client et la direction sont à bannir.

The most comfortable bed ever!! The bed was a big positive, the room was spacious and had a lovely balcony. The only thing is that the breakfast could have more options than toast and jam. Hiring a car is preferable. Veronica was on hand and very helpful
