Lovely clean comfy quiet central nice staff

A bit dark room

el hotel es bonito, pero el único detalle que tiene es que esta muy lejos del centro, la iluminación del cuarto no es muy buena no cuenta con cafetera para prepárate café, así tienes deseo de tomar un café tiene un costo de 30 pesos por ultimo no tiene tv de paga solo cuentan con las aplicaciones para internet

Habitación y instalaciónes preciosas. El trato de los empleados de 10!

Falta de un sistema de calefacción central pero nos dieron un calentador para la habitación!

Great rooms and location. Clean and spacious.

The hotel is very nice and tu new, like it appears in the pics. Located a minute from the Main Street, the area felt very safe. Stuff is very kind and helpful although they cannot speak any English.

The fury blankets! They don’t give the idea they have been ever washed and the fury part is very gross. I ended up not touching/ using any blanket and nights were a bit chilly. They don’t give you a face towel or what I though was a mat is a towel instead…different habits perhaps… sheets should be definitely renewed and washed properly afterwards.

I was looking forward to staying here cos it sounded a step up from my usual accommodation, but the rooms have very little natural light (& even with the lights on I couldn't see into my bags) the key didn't work (was wrong one), couldn't get on the wifi for hours, & then the toilet leaked (clean water luckily) So I was given another room (smaller) with one less window. Bed was wonderful as we're female staff. Disappointing overall.

It was very clean, warm, and everything looked very nice for the price especially. The man at the front desk tried to be very helpful and was very nice. The rooms are stylish

Hot water took HOURS to finally come on and never even got as hot at I like. I had to change rooms because the wifi did not reach the television in my original room. The bed was a bit stiff.
