Een heerlijke rustige plek, vlakbij downtown Te Anau. Prachtige tuin. Lieve gastheer en -vrouw. Goed ontbijt. Alles goed verzorgd, echt eennaanrader.

"Des moutons oui mais ..."

une jolie maison dans un endroit entouré de champs plein de moutons.( très sympa) une chambre confortable et très propre un hôte qui prépare un bon petit déjeuner.

une maison extrêmement isolée ( cela devrait être mieux précisé). Donc trop cher. très choqués par le fait que le soir une espèce de porte blindée descend pour empêcher les guests d'atteindre le salon et la cuisine. On n'a jamais vu ça ! Si on a peur des gens qu'on reçoit, on ne fait pas B&B. pas très arrangeant pour nous permettre de faire une machine avant notre départ.

"Beautiful, peaceful and cozy!"

Jeff & Jan were so welcoming, the room & house was clean, neat, spacious, fresh and bed was super comfy. The gardens were also beautiful! Not to mention the very delicious breakfast. We had a lovely stay. Thank you so much!!

"Schöne persönliche Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage"

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön gelegen wenige Minuten ausserhalb von Te Anau und wird mit viel Hingabe von den Eigentümern gepflegt. Jan und Jeff kümmern sich sehr persönlich um ihre Gäste.

Warm and friendly hosts. Beautiful setting with gardens surrounded by meadows and Mountain View’s. Great hot tun and hammock. Owners very helpful.

Best to have a car to access this property.

Alpine Rock was a beautiful home and property with amenities that we couldn’t fully enjoy due to our short stay (like the cozy living room, hot tub, and gorgeous patio space). Our bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and spotless; you can tell they’re very thoughtful about every detail in their lovely home. We were also greeted with their friendly and adorable pets and animals on the property which totally added to the charm. And Jeff, our host who engaged with us the most, was incredibly kind and helpful, preparing us breakfast and assisting us with our plans. I would definitely recommend staying if you’re going to Te Anau. Thanks, Jeff and Jan, for your hospitality and sharing your lovely home with us!
