We would like to remind you that for bookings including the Christmas and New Year period, the following mandatory supplements will need to be settled on-site: CHRISTMAS December 24th Dinner: For adults on B&B basis: 150 Euros - For children: 75 Euros including water and wine pairing. For adults on HB basis: 85 Euros - For children: 42 Euros including water and wine pairing. For Junior Suite, and Suite accommodations, the dinner will be served at the GOU Restaurant. For all other accommodations, buffet service will be available at the Gargantua Restaurant. - The hotel has two paddle courts, not tennis courts. - Apart from Turin airport we would like to add also Milan Malpensa Airport which is about a 2-hour drive away. - The main restaurant Gargantua offers buffet-style service for breakfast and dinner. - There is also a second à la carte restaurant called Gou open dinner timeGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Cocktails in the Fireplace Bar"

Spent a week in Valtur Cristallo.. wow!! An amazing hotel, special thanks to the staff working in the Fireplace Bar who went out of their way to create wonderful cocktails, both on & off the menu!! Even created alcoholic & non-alcoholic cocktails to our own taste! Extra special thanks to Maria Laura, Andrea & all working behind the bar!!

Contemporary decor, spacious hotel, very helpful boot room staff

We visited 3 years ago and the food then was a much higher quality, so disappointed this time Poor restocking of room eg water and vanity

"Great Sky-Resort"

Good breakfast and, every afternoon, a buffet at the bar. Lovely spa with a pool. Easy access to the ski slopes and ski lifts whit to the shuttle service. A special thanks to Leandro and Beatrice from the Experience team.

The staff

Men with bathrobes and flipflops all around, in the bar, in the lobby, in open buffets, terrible sight. Never saw such a disturbing atmosphere in a ski resort. It was like a huge sauna

We have been coming to Cervinia for skiing holidays for the fifth time, but this year was our first stay at the Valtur Hotel and it was by far the best experience we’ve had so far. One of the absolute highlights for us was Restaurant Gou, where we chose to dine every evening. The service was outstanding from start to finish: attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome and truly took care of us throughout our stay. The cuisine was exceptional, featuring delicious dishes from the Aosta Valley prepared with refined, high-quality ingredients. Every meal felt thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented. The atmosphere in the restaurant was fantastic as well stylish, lively, and perfectly complemented by the DJ’s music in the background. All in all, we felt thoroughly spoiled during our stay. The combination of excellent food, remarkable service, and the wonderful ambiance made this visit unforgettable. We will most certainly be coming back!
