Place lacks dinning variety

Not recommended place to stay. At first assigned room, smell bad as dirty mopped floor. Then WiFi signal not well at either room. Then faucet shaking, shower watering small (tho it’s hot enough). Then coffee brewer not working when getting up to use it at early morning.

Lovely place ..staff are very friendly and kind

We had a great stay. We loved their breakfast options a la cart. Rooms are cute and clean. Beds were comfortable. Additionally, this hotel is beachfront and has a direct access to a nice beach, not like other hotels in the area which are on a cliff or have a beach full of rocks that you can't even use. We also ate dinner at their restaurant and their seafood mariscada as well as langosta rellena were fantastic!

It was not how I was expecting I stay 3 day not even one day they clean my room the guy from the kitchen was wonderful his name was ovidio he was great friendly guy so helpful very good I give him 5 stars thank you I wouldn’t stay there again in the pass I stay in other Hotels not even close to casa maya bad servíces.

This was a lovely place. If you're looking for long walks on the beach it's not great because it is nestled between cliffs and a river that flows into the sea, but the beachfront that is there is superb! The staff were very nice. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower seemed a little dated but it worked nonetheless.

My flight was a night flight arrived at the airport at 11:30pm and I request pickup/drop off from the hotel which I paid the roundtrip in advanced, the pick up was 2 hours late, second the driver was the one who open the room and gave me the keys, there is no one else to welcome you. NO RECEPTION at all, the room was very humid the smell was horrible next morning me and my husband noticed that we were the only guest there, went for breakfast which was included the silverware was dirty we didn’t eat at all; we couldn’t stay at this place one second more, we rented another hotel in the city of San Salvador and no refund was made to us, be careful when booking this hotel specially this one CASA MAYA, they show you everything nice and clean in the website but at the end is the most horrible place I’ve been in my life. Also when speaking with the owner of this place and I was claiming my rights the only thing he said to me was to stop making threats to him that it was my problem for choosing a late flight because I just feel like it, very unprofessional person for someone who runs a business. People be careful this is a fraud and never received my money back I lost it all.
