We had a wonderful experience at Ajul Hotel in Halkidiki. All the staff members were kind, professional, and always ready to help, making our stay truly special. A very special thank you goes to Panagiotis, a young man with extraordinary manners and genuine kindness. People like him make a real difference – his attention, respect, and warm approach are unforgettable. We sincerely wish him all the best in life, because he truly deserves it. Thank you to the entire team at Ajul for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. We are leaving with beautiful memories and we look forward to returning!

I have just returned from our stay at Ajul with my young daughter . When we arrived there were some issues with our room that prompted me to make contact with the management . It was clear to them also that the accommodation we were given was not appropriate. Safe to say that we were eventually moved to a room( suite) that was more suitable and immaculately presented. With the help of Younes we were appropriately looked after and our stay improved immensely. Thank you

An exceptional stay from start to finish! The staff were warm and attentive, the rooms spotless and beautifully designed, and the amenities exceeded expectations. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. Truly a five-star experience—I can’t wait to return!

Superb experience, our first holiday as a family with our little newborn and the perfect place to come, the staff have a lot of heart in all they do, they looked after us and accommodated us in ways we didn't expect. A superb place to come in terms of things for families to do, incredible views, superb and varied food, fantastic cocktails and really lovely rooms. Couldn't be more positive about this place if I tried, will definitely be coming back. Lovely place and lovely people

There are no sunbeds available at the beach and not enough at the aquapark, which made it very uncomfortable during our stay. When I raised this, the only response was that the hotel was fully booked – but that shouldn’t be an excuse for not providing enough for guests. For a 5-star hotel, I expected much better organization and service, i left one day early, im dissapointed !!

The most horrible holiday ! From all points of view, from check in to check out, from room service to conditions! Cleanliness at zero, hot water in the shower with difficulty, long way to the beach and little transport, arrogant staff, if you don't manage to eat at the hour there is little chance of finding something to eat between meals. we were 3 families and not one was happy! On the middle of day when the pool it’s full they asking everyone to get out because they have to put chemical in for 30 min , never filet up the fridge with water only when we call reception. And many other things…..

We had THE most relaxing holiday ever. Our room was perfectly situated for our needs, a 2 bed bungalow with sea-view, right near the main pool. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. Food was really fresh at the buffet, and the Greek and Italian restaurants were authentic and tasty. Drinks were branded and loads of choice. Cleanliness was of a high standard and also no sign of sunbed wars, which was a joy! We have 3 boys (14/11&10) they loved the water park and the use of the sports facilities, especially paddle! My youngest loved watching the films at night, whilst we chilled having a few nightcaps. We used the spa and had a few treatments, Elena has magic hands and I wish I could have visited her every day! I also want to mention how amazing the lifeguards were to me. I had an accident where I slipped and cut myself, (3stitches) they attended to me within minutes, and although it was way over they’re first aid experience they were professional and stopped the bleeding, enough for me to get to the doctor in town to have further treatment. The hotel also sorted all this out(transport / rang ahead) and I was back at my hotel within 90mins. I am so grateful to Maria and her staff for looking after me. It didn’t spoil my holiday and we never normally would revisit places twice but I think we may be back at some point in the future when we are after that ‘chilled vibe’…Thank you Ajul, you really are special!

Spent a week at Ajul good and bad points! The hotels is situated in a beautiful location with lovely views. We had a bungalow with private pool which was lovely. Always sun loungers available at the main pool, water park and spa pool. Our bungalow was quite away from any bars. The mini fridge stocked with one beer four cans of pop and two bottles of water on arrival then only stocked with water each day. Disappointing as this was an expensive hotel you would expect more and being located down the hill from the main bar and a walk from the other bars if we wanted a drink in our bungalow we would have to walk. Not relaxing in the heat. The fridge should be stocked daily with wine/beer/soft-drinks. We asked the bar can we take a bottle of wine back to our room saves walking up and down we were told no! The buffet wasn’t the best some evenings better than others not really luxury as advertised. Bland and repetitive. On the other hand, Both the Italian and Greek restaurant on site were the complete opposite and we had lovey food when booked into those. No entertainment for children at night a cinema screen but that’s it. However, they loved the water park. The buggies were really good we could phone when we wanted to be to taken to reception for meals and down to the water park, as such a big hotel these are needed. The aircon was broken we had to call for this to be fixed they did fix this straight always but it’s not a 4.5* hotel as advertised. Not as luxurious as advertised some improvements can be made.
