Fun to stay here; friendly owner, likes to share the history of Wigwam Village. Be sure to read the info in your room about this as it is very interesting. As should be expected, the rooms are small but the bed is comfy. If you want to cook food, bring your own grill; the on-site ones are yet to be replaced. There is a microwave & refrigerator in the same building as the ice. The best thing about this village is the shared fire pit. Weather permitting, there is a fire every night & it's great to go down & meet new friends.

only booking one night ..

Staying at Wigwam Village was the highlight of our trip. We loved talking with Keith at the beginning of our stay and he was so great at making sure we got the full bonfire/hot dog experience! You will never regret staying at this incredible piece of Americana and will always remember the experience. Don't forget to read the history binder in your wigwam - it's fascinating and informative! I will return to the area, not for the caves or KY Down Under, but to stay at the Wigwam Village. Best ever!

The host was very nice! Told us the history of the property and the area. Even had a nice campfire to hang out with the other guest.

Unique

Overpriced for such an old place

We were looking for a place to stay on a trip from Alabama to Wisconsin with great grandchildren ages 3 and 5. This was a great spot with the unique Tepees and large old school play area There was a fire pit at night for roasting marshmallows and gathering with other guests. There is a Dollar General across the road for a quick trip for snacks and drinks. Little picnic tables/chairs near each Tepee we used for breakfast. The rooms had all the amenities needed.-bathroom, wifi, airconditioner. It was a fun stay
