"Paradise"

Piece of paradise. Enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly. The full board meals were also amazing

The lodge is far off the road and requires a high ground clearance car. It was a bad drive to get there

Atendimento da equipe do hotel e safári é excelente, todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Estrutura do hotel muito boa. Café, almoço e jantas muito bons

Poderia ter mais coisa pra fazer nos momentos em que não estamos no safári (ex: academia ou sala de jogos no hotel)

Tudo perfeito, funcionários todos extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos buscando lhe atender da melhor maneira, em cada diferente setor do serviço que é oferecido. A reserva é enorme e da pra ver que existe muito cuidado com a preservação do meio ambiente e respeito para com os animais. Durante nossa estadia conseguimos ver todos os Big 5, nossa driver Sharon e seu parceiro Sam foram ótimos nos proporcionando muita segurança e tornando o game muito divertido. Altamente recomendado!

"Very good, but the departure was poor"

Very good food, great game drives, staff very friendly, pool and restaurant area very nice

At departure, they took us on some kind of extra game drive.. but nobody informed us about that so we missed the next appointment of our trip (it took 1h30 instead of 15 mins to the parking space).
