Sandy Balls Holiday Village

The amount of activities, the staff were amazing and the kids loved every minute of it.

It was grubby, the carpet and furniture were stained. The curtain were dirty and in places ripped, a section of the wall was coming away. There was no decking area and picnic table was not very good to seat a 90 year old at and was covered in paint. The post with the number on had been knocked down and left lying on the floor hence it took us 40 minutes to find it. I also requested accommodation close to the centre as my 90 year old mum would be with us. Whilst we were only 5 to 10 minutes walk away we were at the bottom of a steep hill that she could not manage to she was basically trapped in the van. One of the blinds was broken and the basics were not provided, no egg cups, no cork screw, no kitchen towel, no ice tray. The fridge was not particularly cold and after 24 hours the water was still tepid even though it was in the fridge.

Niet schoon, vieze vloerbedekking. Vuil en met sterke hondengeur.

Site was on the edge of the new forest

State and condition of lodge was not habitable or comfortable

The Lodge was lovely and comfortable.

Not all facilities were open but that's probably because we're not in peak season yet.

Everything value for money woody welcome family to stay

The setting was beautiful

Bar closed early, last orders at 9.30! Although it’s not the school holidays it was ours! Entertainment team seemed to cut short activities - half a quiz on two evenings. The second quiz night was packed and participants would have stayed longer but again was cut short!

The surroundings is beautiful, loved the clubhouse and the entertainment was amazing my kids really enjoyed, arcades was ok and kids enjoyed soft play and the wooden park,

The cabin needs a good clean, mould and dust everywhere, beds are extremely uncomfortable especially the double, I’ve got a really bad back now, shop wasn’t great, cabin didn’t have much supplies could of done with a broom, tv wasn’t great couldn’t access Netflix’s and tv is to low down, would of been nice to show England play on outside tv for World Cup, restaurants could do with more choices for fussy Eaters. Was disappointed that the heart had been removed when I visited I was looking forward to having some photos but still beautiful view.
