"I do not recommend"

The breakfast was OK. The location was far from the center of town. Had I realized I could not walk to the center I would not have stayed there.

The hotel has great bones but is in desperate need of a renovation. My room was depressing, the carpet and sofa had stains. The bathroom was nice but the water temperature was inconsistant.

"A perfect hotel booking for a golden temple trip a return this months"

Beautful rooms , bathrooms , beds and linen. Loved this Mecca of serenity in the middle of chaotic Amristar . Freedom by the staff and spotlessly clean .

Property is secure enough not to bother about the location. It was off season so pool wasn’t open and the place was quiet . Not the hotel’s fault

"Not worthy of a 5 star title"

The room size and location

The food was not 5 star quality at all, we had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and the food and drinks were really bad. During check-in we were provided with a room that had stains on bedsheets and slippers, the tv wasn’t working, neither was the internet. We were provided with a different room but apart from the room size, there was nothing impressive in this hotel. For a heritage and 5 star hotel, it’s not up to the mark, will never recommend it to anyone.

I would say that there is spaces that are a bit messy! That is something they could work on since the place is beautiful and the staff is great
