The locality was excellent together with the friendly staff. We enjoyed our breakfast and the best home made scones , we were even encouraged to take some away with us . We enjoyed these later in the day .

The staff was friendly, helpful, informative, and just really nice people.

We booked for two nights. We decided it would be nice to stay an extra night but unfortunately a room was not available for the extra night.

Absolutely amazing staff. Nothing was too much trouble .In all my years of travelling I have yet to come across a more home from home feeling. Gina's breakfast and scones are to die for, and Christian's and Manuella's food on a night time was amazing. Compliments to all the other staff too - Charlotte, Amazon, Zoe and anyone else I have missed.

The owner of the Village needs to upgrade the showers, and help the staff by upgrading the kitchen, then it will be a perfect retreat
