A proper traditional English pub serving good food and drinks.

The staff were very friendly and the cooked breakfast was delicious

The room was a bit tired & shabby, not what I was expecting for the price

Very friendly staff Quaint little pub. Good busy vibe Clean and tidy Lots of options for breakfast and food was lovely overall. Comfortable. Felt like home. Hot shower. Debbie was very good, friendly and busy little bee. Super chatty and helpful.

The slight droning of a morning in the rooms not sure what it was from Almost like a extractor fan from bathroom or boiler or something. Sometimes it was louder than others. But didn't dampen the stay at all.

The fact that I had no communication from the property. I was not able to get an ubber to a quite known wedding venue in the area. Local taxis are expensive.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Plough. Room was cosy and spotless with a spacious ensuite bathroom. Staff were helpful and accommodating and kindly provided us with a cooked breakfast before we checked out. Location is fairly rural so not sure if it's accessible by public transport however there is plenty of easy parking to the rear of the pub. Would return!

The room was clean and bright. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Location was okay for what we needed. Overall fair value for the money

The mattress felt as if it might need changing soon., The continental breakfast was basic but okay. The shower head rail needs reattaching to the wall. There was no shower gel in the room.
