Well decorated, very clean, great staff, teriffic location, exceptional restaurant. The shower in the excellent bathroom was one of the best have ever seen.

The bread was lovely and fresh . The manager made sure that we had sufficient milk, juice etc for the mornings. More teabags wouldn't go amiss. Shower was fabulous. Beds were really comfortable. The restaurant food was excellent and all the staff, both bar and restaurant were friendly and attentive.

The toaster tripped the fuse to the electric circuits but the duty manager dealt with it very quickly, so not an issue .

Very good standard, nice decor with good quality materials.

I would have liked a little french press in the kitchen to make real coffee. I don't like instant coffee.

The location, staff, and cleanliness were perfect. Both the onsite pub and restaurant were very nice and also fun! The common area and kitchen was an unexpected but wonderful surprise.

We have only 2 "complaints." (1) The shower drain had a slight odor, like there wasn't a trap in the plumbing. We solved this by draping the bath mat over it when we left and went to bed. (2) One of the twin mattresses was much softer than the other and sagged in the middle creating that hammock effect.
