No fault of staff but having driven 140 miles arrived to find no water available at all mains water work going on outside pub The weather was hot No water to make tea No water to shower for hours No fan in room , only window to open for ventilation No refund or free drink in pub offered

Good location

Floor sloping and uneven so head lower than feet when sleeping ,dirty mugs, too hot only small window to open for air . No black out blinds so woke too early no breakfast menu

There was no breakfast, room only. The Inn is on the main A38 trunk road. It was fine and adequate for my needs.

The sink stopper stuck and it was difficult to release it, otherwise perfectly adequate.

Location was easy to find. No breakfast available but the young staff were most pleasant and courteous.

Entry to room was by the fire escape which was poorly lit in the evening darkness. The room and shower/toilet were far too cramped and were difficult to use. Little or no storage for personal items - clothes, etc. The window was dirty and full of cobwebs with peeling paintwork.

Room was very warm. No fan for the room also no food was served in evening

The bed was very comfortable. A very generous shower and newly fitted bathroom.

There was no power socket near the kettle. It would also be helpful to have a hair dryer. Please leave the details of the WiFi password in the room or advise at check in.
