Bed was uncomfortable

An enjoyable stay in a basic room above a pub. It was clean and had the standard facilities - Tea/Coffee, lovely biscuits, Wifi, Shower gel & Shampoo. Comfy bed and good powerful shower. It was away from the pub so you'll not likely hear noise (I went on a Monday and hardly anyone was there). Good value for money.

As I needed to do work on my laptop, there was no desk/table or chair so I had to do this in the pub. Not a major problem but I should have checked first. There was no wardrobe and only a handful of hangers. Not a problem for me but please note the rooms are up some very steep steps for those who may have mobility issues.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful despite dealing with a very busy function on the same night.

We never had breakfast, it was to late tor us 10am..was out at 9 to get to malvern show,apart from that it was okay! Had to leave room keys in door as was nowhere else to put them.

Would not stay again as unclean. Very small room and ensuite. Shower door broken would not close. shower head broken, black Mould in Shower,toilet seat loose. All needs deep clean. Handle on bathroom screws coming out. Unable to plug kettle in where positioned as flex too short. Bedside lamps covered in dust. Marks on window sill and walls Everywhere very dirty and dusty. Terrible.
