Uno Hotel Rose and Crown Tonbridge

There was nothing to like about the hotel

Dirty, shabby, poor breakfast, uncomfortable room inappropriately described as ‘deluxe’

It is in the centre of town

Not very clean Hand wash dispenser missing Hot with no air on

Location was great and parking space perfect. Beds were comfortable and room size good. Staff member on reception & bar was friendly and welcoming

Cleanliness in room and bathroom sadly lacking. Toilet bowl was black and shower screen seals filthy. Shower not powerful at all - no water pressure. Bathroom fan worked only for a few seconds then stopped. Black mould inside the juice machines (at breakfast), all the cereals in open uncovered bowls, milk served in drinking glass rather than a jug. No fruit available at breakfast.

Stairs were not clean and did smell, no coffee in the room and no cleaner came near the room in 3 days to empty bins or replace teabags or milk

The night porter on the Thursday we arrived was very helpful

Breakfast was great. Friendly staff.

Room too hot but managed to get window open. Much better. Toilet seat loose.

Excellent property and great location

Net curtain needs changing in room 12 . Toilet brush should be left next to toilet.

The location is ideal

To many to mention, under staffed, advertised as food and drink, only breakfast (and a small window for that) no bar/beer. Dirty, unclean and unloved. Over priced and needs some serious TLC.
