Uno Hotel Rose and Crown Tonbridge

The staff was very nice and well spoken

Free WiFi, free parking if you register the car at the bar. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room

The room was too hot, the heating was on and we couldn’t open a window to let in some air.

Location in the high street was ok

Very expensive £120 for a dated room double room, the shower was next to useless had to hold the shower while you shower, the step Up to the bathroom was dangerous in the dark, the city view lol was the side of the hotel, bed was small not enough pillows

Locality. Very handy for shops and restaurants.

Tonbridge is a lovely town and this hotel is in the middle of it all. Charming old property with modern bathroom

The hotel and the rooms looked like they had not been cleaned recently. It is very run down and not very well maintained. The staff were fine, but can't make up for the poor surroundings. The breakfast was edible but not well presented or managed.

Nagyon szép régi épület. Segítőkész személyzet.

Az épület és a szobák a honlapon nagyon tetszettek. De egy új épületszárnyban akartak minket elhelyezni, ami nem tetszett. Kértem szobát a régi épületben, de a fürdőszoba elfogadhatatlan volt. A vécét nem lehetett lehúzni, órákig tartott, mire újra megtelt a tartály. A csapból vagy hideg vagy nagyon forró víz folyt, lehetetlen volt rendesen lezuhanyozni. Az ágy nem volt rendesen megágyazva, az első éjszaka a lepedő lecsúszott a földre.
