The Parsonage Hotel & Spa

Espaço do hotel agradável, com muito estacionamento. A localização é boa, relativamente perto de York, mas sem confusão. O spa do hotel é muito agradável.

O pequeno almoço devia ter mais opções. Estávamos à espera de melhor tendo em conta o preço do alojamento.

Noisy prom event at night. We should have been told at the point of booking there was going to be late night noise outside our room.

Friendly staff. Close to York but had a countryside feel. Room was comfortable, especially in the heat, and had everything we needed. Good breakfast.

WiFi was hitty missy and you had to pay £1.50 for the use of a towel in the leisure area which was annoying and should be free

Beautiful setting.... Swimming pool and spa facilities excellent. Peaceful wooded surroundings... Attentive staff...

No restaurant for evening dining though attached pub was sufficient but bland and uninspiring. No air conditioning in bedroom..... Position of toilet in bathroom a little uncomfortable.. No plug sockets beside bed

Room was extremely dirty. We were told that it would be properly cleaned but it wasn't. Thick layer of dust on bed head and surfaces in bathroom.
