Staff, food, value for money, quality of the accommodation & location.

Central location.

The noise I had absolutely no sleep.That night. I could hear very loud music all night.I m not sure where it was coming from.

Room and shared bathroom were both spotless . Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent . Although no parking within the hotel grounds, loads of safe parking directly across the road. Bar itself was great with bar staff more than happy to have a chat . Would highly recommend.I will certainly be back.

The staff were the best i've ever met. They couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was a joy. We felt like we were family. Can't recommend it enough.

Bed was slightly hard for me but, that's personal choice. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Great location, cozy room

I could hear the water running from the sink of every neighboring room, it was very loud and annoying especially when some guests seemed to be splashing so much of it and in the middle of the night to boot!

The Inn is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the castle and the historic church. The bar had quite a cosy feel about it, the room was comfortable and food (standard pub fayre) was available on the premises. I went for the fish and chips which was well fried and fresh.

Not quite as friendly as I was expecting but I suppose with so many visitors it's just a question of tourist fatique for the locals.

Great location, friendly staff.

Only problem is the parking. One small public car park opposite used by whole town. It's obviously the towns problem not the hotels but still offputting
