Okushiga Kogen Hotel

とにかく涼しくて静かな、素晴らしいロケーションです。エアコン（クーラー）がないのに、廊下などヒンヤリしていて、避暑にはピッタリです。 また、食事が非常に美味しい。夕食のフレンチは高度な技術で、かなり腕の良いシェフがいるように思う。朝食のバイキングもおざなりでなく、満足感が高い。

さすがに建物はかなり年季が入っているが、きちんと手入れされており、清潔。落ち着いたたたずまいの高原ホテルです。

朝食は良かった

ディナーは一日目は良かったが２．３日目はまま」でした。

フロントのスタッフがとても親切でした。

食事がフレンチのみで、選択肢がなかった。

旧館でベッドが少し小さいと思いました。

建物も設備も古いが問題無く維持されている。ただ冷房設備が無いのは想定外だったが、他の地域ほど猛暑ではなかったため、扇風機を貸してくれたので、何とか凌げた。 スタッフの対応は素晴らしく一度も嫌な思いをしたことはない。外国人スタッフもよく訓練されていてプロ意識も高く、好感が持てた。 料理も美味しい。 客筋も良く、マナーの良くない客もいなかったように思う。

設備が古いのと、冷房設備がないこと。

The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located directly at the Okushiga Kogen Ski lift and it is possible to rent gear at the hotel. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is a bit dated. It is clean but the furniture and the house are old.

The restaurants were great. Had a feel of a luxury resort

Maybe on the expensive side but worth it.

Convenient ski in ski out property with hearty spread for breakfast. We enjoyed the teppanyaki dinner which was pricey but good quality. Onsite onsen was convenient, clean and comfortable to use

Rooms, bathrooms and ski locker room could do with an update or better maintenance. The “Single room” bathroom is very tiny and not comfortable to use. Could not find any photos of the bathroom online otherwise we would not have booked this category of room if we had known the size of the bathroom. Luckily they were able to change to a larger room (with a top up of the difference in room price). “Deluxe room” bathroom size is ok but shower water ran hot/cold which was very uncomfortable to use, had to shower at the onsen instead of in our room’s attached bathroom.

Breakfast at the hotel. It was outstanding

Dinner was really good but it was expensive and not worth the value.
